David and Sandra L. Mendiola, a brother and sister team from the Sierra Nevada's, have worked in the construction industry for over thirty years building communities.  They have now had an opportunity to come together with their shared knowledge and experiences to realize a dream of developing Aspen Creek Chalets & Amphitheater in Grant, CO.

From campsite chalets, tranquil cabins, accessible boardwalks, events at the Jeffrey E. Marcec Memorial Amphitheater supporting neighboring Wilderness On Wheels, a nonprofit organization, craft fairs supporting local artists, movie nights, youth outdoor education days, birthday parties, wedding venue, spiritual and yoga retreats, corporate team building, hand-made redwood signs to capture a memory, and much more.
